Life comes with a certain amount of stress to our bodies and risk of injury.  Too often though, we accept injuries, pain and lack of function as unavoidable.  With proper training and attention to detail many physical hardships can be improved or avoided all together.  My motto is...
"No Pain Does NOT Mean No Problem."
Improper movement, muscle imbalance, and weakness is a problem.  Symptoms don't always occur where the problem lies though, it's often times a chain reaction.  My injury prevention program will address these area's of concern before the injury occurs or the pain presents itself, getting to the root cause and finding the dysfunction.  For the athlete, parent, grandparent, employee, etc... you can't afford to be sidelined from your life with an injury.  Fit To Go is here to keep you in the game!
