Athleticism is a skill!  A good deal of that comes from natural ability, but proper training plays a crucial role in maximizing performance and decreasing the risk of an injury.  What it boils down to is this... IMPROVEMENT IS POSSIBLE!
  
My training sessions are structured around teaching correct movement mechanics and building the strength, stability, and mobility necessary to use those mechanics at high intensity.  With correct mechanics athlete's are more efficient, eliminating unnecessary movements that hold them back and add stress to their bodies.


A typical program will include:
  • Evaluation of current ability, movement patterns, strengths & weaknesses
  • Diagnosis of problem areas and determining the root cause of those problems
  • Addressing the specific needs of  each athletes, and reassessing as improvements are made
  • Sport specific training to ensure our improvements transfer over to competition
